Our Process
As collaborators, we take you through the entire website design and/or digital marketing process, step-by-step, ensuring that you are satisfied with the end result.
1. Getting to know you – and your business
Our first step is understanding your business, including getting to know you and your goals.
We then review your requirements, explore data and competitor analysis, analytics, and SEO, to determine a quote for your project.
At this point, we collect and review the supplied content: textual content, existing site content, artwork, imagery, and video.
This information will then be used to organize your website content into a site structure (i.e. information architecture), which will form the basis of your website content strategy and sitemap.
2. Building your strategy

Design without strategy is just aesthetics.
3. Vision Become Blueprint
Here is where the majority of the work comes together, as your ideas become tangible.
Using all of the information gathered in the initial steps, we begin building out a basic working prototype, which will allow you to explore pages, test navigation, and nail down functionality.
Then we polish up your website with styling — always with your tastes in mind.
The project is reviewed for content, style, and functionality. Because your website is built using WordPress, you’ll be able to change content, add pages or products, upload photos, etc. You’ll be in complete charge of your website. (Conversely, we would be happy to manage your website on a continuing basis.)
4. Review & Administration

5. Your site is live
When you’re happy with your new site, we flip the switch and go live on the web.
At this point you may wish to consider your Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy and digital marketing needs.
